RP Construction Services Named ENR’s No. 27 Top Contractor in Power Sector

ENR top 400

enr top contractor[Monterey, CALIF.] September 26, 2022 —Another incredible year of growth helped California-based solar contractor RP Construction Services (RPCS) secure a steady standing among the nation’s leading design-build firms.

RPCS earned the No. 27 spot in the Power market of the 2022 Top 400 Contractors survey list by Engineering News-Record (ENR) magazine, the company’s first year ranking on the list. In 2021, RPCS completed approximately 200 projects totaling more than 930 megawatts with continued growth throughout 2022.

In an industry bogged down by supply chain disruptions, labor shortages, price volatility, and tariff uncertainty—not to mention pandemic-related shutdowns—RPCS relied on strategy, namely the company’s unique ability to enable solar tracker projects through design engineering and logistics capabilities. Innovative, tech-enabled work practices give RPCS an excellent advantage over competitors and allows them to support their customers in the design, engineering, and material supply scopes and at all stages of a project.
